Thought process went something along the lines of -
Vancouver - History - George Vancouver - Discovery - Sailing - George - "By George!". I'm not sure if it works as a name for a festival, but perhaps just a tag line. Maybe the festival could be called the "One Festival" (the festival is about small changes contributing toward a better future for Vancouver).
